Who should attend?                                                                                                                         The program is particular organized for those clinical health professions such as physicians, nurses, pharmacist, public health workers, and academic researchers. The topic is also suitable for those graduate students who need to fulfill systematic review as their graduate assignment. This is an advance course. Participants are better to already familiar to basic knowledge regarding evidence-based healthcare and have previous practice experiences.

退費規定
已完成報名繳費但因故不能參加者，需於11月30日前通知主辦單位，11月30日後恕不接受退費申請。因故未能出席參加研習會且未於時限內申請退費者，恕不退費。

How to register

There are a limited number of places on the course. Please complete on-line registration by November 30, 2016. Confirmation of place will be sent to delegates within 3 working days upon receipt of completed Registration Form with full payment. Registration should be completed by November 30, 2016.

Registration fee

The registration fee for the Workshop enlisted as previous table. Cancellation Policy

Before November 30, 2016 Full Refund (processing fee of NTD 150 applies). After November 30, 2016   No Refund. All cancellations must be received in writing (this includes e-mail, fax and post), and acknowledged by us. All refunds will be issued after the date of the conference.

4 12月10-11日系統性文獻回顧課程課程會使用RevMan 5及Guideline Development Tool 二種應用軟體，可自行在家中先下載安裝至筆電。(RevMan 5 下載位址http://tech.cochrane.org/revman/download)                For systematic review, we used RevMan 5 software.
